I don't why there is so many negative reviews. I've been here twice with my daughter and both times were ok nothing great but not bad either. Some may feel there overpriced but I think for the amount of food you get there not. Overall I think it's a decent burger joint.

Delicious and great service! They have fantastic milkshake and you can mix any of the flavor combinations to create your own (at no extra charge)! The topping choices for the burgers are also awesome, and the burgers are delicious. Great fries (sweet potato or regular) and onion rings too plus many dipping choices! We also had a fantastic server who was friendly, helpful, and good.

What a shame! I used to go to the store in Monaca,pa until it closed (probably due to poor service there too). I went to this location this evening with my wife, our 4yr old son, and our 3 month old daughter. First, they shoved us in a corner table that we actually had to have the other tables stand up so we could sit down. We were slightly embarrassed to say the least. Next it took over 25 minutes for a waitress to take our drink order! That is totally uncalled for. Then once she did come and take our full order, the waitress took our menus AND the kids menu that my son was still drawing on! Who takes things from a child?!? Never again. Cheeburger Cheeburger, you messed with my child and in turn lost a customer for life.

Love a good burger so took the family here for dinner, kid friendly but service was slow and food was disappointing. Burgers were under seasoned and overcooked while the fresh cut fries were soggy and far from fresh. Much better burger places in the area.

Bad service! It should not take 15 minutes to get your water and milkshake. Okay burgers but the server forgot to ring in my loaded fries. Onion rings and the 1/2 and 1/2 basket came out cold. Manager apologized but did not take anything off our bill. The manager was very unprofessional. The service and food is not worth the cost!

Yelp removed my last review because they determined my HONESTY was "offensive" Well I hate this place. I've been here twice. Why are you seating me in 500 sq foot restaurant and making me tip a terrible waiter. Food is extremely below average. Ask for a medium burger and it will be well done. Soggy fries. $7 milk shakes. This place is illogical. Good luck "Chee burger Chee burger" Even the name annoys me. Once again, DJ J's review is absolutely 100% inaccurate.

Burgers and shakes are good but service is awful. 25 minutes from the time we ordered until we got our shakes. One burger came out 10 minutes later, one came 5 minutes after that and the last was another 10 minutes! They clearly forgot the onion rings as they came out 1/2 cooked 4 minutes after we asked for them the second time. Oh, by the way, this was the second visit after giving them a pass the first time because it was still new. Two months and still awful. I'm done.

Yes, another addition to the burger wars! This is definitely not take out place or fast food. The sign warns you, "Cooked to order will take about 15 minutes." Friendly service. Nice little retro restaurant. The menu is loaded with milk shakes, floats, burgers of different sizes, onion rings, wraps, salads, dogs. Not sure I want a 20 oz. burger, so ordered the Semi-Serious Burger that is 1/3 lb. There are 1/4 lb. and 1/2 lb. options. Like the idea of 2 types of buns and about 10 different cheeses. So many different toppings. My burger was really good. The onion rings are good too. Had a milk shake that was thick and rich!. Could just have one for desert next time.

Took my son in for a quick bite to eat for lunch when he had to stay home sick from school and I had a great experience. Reasonably priced, Excellent, friendly service, and the management and/or ownership team that seemed to really care about the customer. One of the owners even took time to chat with my 6 year old for 15 minutes! My salad was not only beautiful but fresh, crisp, and delicious. We will definitely be back! I feel bad about the others who didn't have the same excellent experience that I had. It does state that everything is made fresh to order it is not fast food. Also, the prices and sizes of the sandwiches are listed on the menu. I will return based on the great service alone, but the food and prices were also great!

Way to EXPENSIVE! Poor service, long waits and the waiter was clueless. I give then 6 months and they will be closed.

I just ate here today on my lunch break (45 mins) Incredibly expensive. A "serious" burger, which is basically a burger at 5 guys or Red Robin, is 9$, add bacon and it's 10.25$. The shakes are good, but 6-7& for a full shake? I took the half shake, and it was still 4$ it was gone in less than a minute. The burger was good, my buddy had the loaded fries (the waitress wasn't sure what came on them, she said bacon came on them, but then charged him 1.25 on the bill for additional bacon) cheesy bacon fries 6$? I'll take my business elsewhere. 14$ for a "serious" burger and a milkshake? And 20$ with "loaded" which weren't loaded at all, fries? You won't get my business again, Cheeripoff

I only had 45 minutes and had to go by Starbucks of course and wanted a burger. Right around the corner I found this place! I went in and got a semi-serious burger. I saw the sign said, made to order so I was thinking crap... Im going to be late! My burger came in 5 minutes... The relief washed over me in an awesome wave... I got my Starbucks and got back to my class early and started eating in the car. The burger was cheesy, juicy, and was cooked perfectly! Ive many times ordered a medium burger to find it well done. Was very satisfied, still pink in the middle. I loved the Honey Wheat bun as well. Came to around $7.50. Granted I didnt get fries or a drink but thought it was fairly priced for what I got. In Seattle you'd pay $10 for this. I will be going back as many times as I can!

Ordered 2 items take out/ classic burger asked how I wanted it cooked I said medium.......medium means a warm pink center 140 degrees burgers are generally required to be 155 degrees or higher at well done I ordered a moca shake....burger came back well done..over done and the shake had clods of ice in it (older ice cream) and the flavor was odd..I would rather have a jamoca shake at arbys..this place needs work....this is hamburger meat in a tube, not real fresh ground meat in house ..world of a difference

We visited the Cranberry township, PA store today as we often do. When this store opened last year the service was really slow and the store was struggling. We gave it a second chance and they had hired some new servers and since then everything has been great. Today we were greeted not by the regular staff but two new young faces who looked a bit frazzled. It took close to 10 minutes to be greeted by our server. We placed our order and ordered our drinks. I ordered a water and a milkshake (whole) and my father ordered a Pepsi as well as our food. Roughly another 10 minutes went by of our server looking lost and focusing on one table leaving the other three somewhat to themselves including us, before we stopped him and asked again for our drinks. After another two minutes he returned with a Pepsi and told me my milkshake would come soon (of which he had to ask me what I ordered again and even had it wrong originally). The burgers came and were cooked correctly and as ordered. Finally after asking for a water it was delivered to me after my burger was on the table, then my milkshake came, after 25 minutes I finally had my drinks as I ordered. It seems that the owners have a difficult time training their employees and sadly the good employees they did have either are gone or were not on staff with the inexperience staff on a busy day. We noticed he had ignored another table sat about 5 minutes after our food came as well as got the fry order wrong for another table. Worse yet is that the manager on staff had walked past never asking if we needed our drinks, nor asking about the experience. He was oblivious to what was happening and stuck to being in the kitchen. I hope this restaurant gets a grasp or the owners do as I've seen from many reviews on Yelp that there are many repeated issues, many of which were worked out.

Don't get your hopes up for a great burger here. The bun was stale and the burger itself was crumbling into a million pieces. After a few bites it looked more like a burger salad. Also this is a kids place. If you want to go here on a date, be prepared for a sad-looking balloon animal lady begrudgingly blowing and twisting long balloons into hats, swords, and dogs. They do have a huge selection of milkshake possibilities, which is their saving grace. Otherwise it's a big pink restaurant filled with disappointing food and a weird atmosphere.

Ok place to take the kids for milkshake and fries. Waitress was very unfriendly, due to her eye rolling and snarling. Tried restaurant a second time and my luck got the same waitress with same bad attitude. Took great length of time to get food and drinks. Overall I would not recommend it unless services is to improve. Burgers are better than the average fast food place but not good enough to tolerate bad service.

Ordered medium... got well done hockey puck Wife went on a different occasion and experienced the same result. Why ask for a cooking preference if you just char everything to beyond edible?

Damn you, cheeseburger obsession! I read the reviews and ignored the warnings. I love a good burger, so I thought I'd give this place a shot regardless. Big mistake. The burger was crap. The beef is either frozen or the guy on the grill pressed it to hell to cook it faster. Could be both...It was really dry and came to the table lukewarm. The bun, which was toasted, was somehow cold. That takes real effort to give someone a cold toasted bun. Nice one! The fries, fresh cut, were the highlight. They came out hot, which means the burger sat whole the fries cooked. Awesome organization in the kitchen appears to be the culprit, here. The service was pretty crappy. She got us our drinks quickly and that was the end of the good part of the service. My wife's soda needed the syrup changed and it took us about 15 minutes to get her back to the table to get a new soda. She was purposely avoiding eye contact. Since she didn't seem to want to see us, we didn't let her see our normal 30% tip (only 20% - we're both ex-servers). All in all, it took us 20-30 minutes to see our food and regrettably, it was as described by other reviewers. This place won't be around long, I'm betting. If you want a like-priced, but GOOD burger in the area, hit up 5 Guys. Everything is fresh and they're always friendly. Avoid this dump.
